I made this card for the PTI itty bitty dot challenge. I love their paper and paired their Raspberry Fizz with Basic Black. The dress is from Amuse Artstamps which was paper pieced with a design from the Raspberry Fizz Mix collection. I made the hanger out of wire. Enjoy!
